Newton Factoids
Historically one of America’s earliest suburbs, Newton remains among the most desirable of bedroom communities, located as it is literally just outside of Boston. The City of Newton is actually made up of a patchwork of thirteen “villages” which often have their own busy commercial downtown areas. The four Newton Hills comprise the notorious final stage of the Boston Marathon, with the most infamous one known as “Heartbreak Hill.”
